This Colorado summer has been one of blazing sunshine, hazy skies, and days that seem to stretch endlessly into golden evenings. While the heat has been relentless, the mountains continue to remind me why I paint them, their quiet strength, ever-changing light, and the sense of peace they bring.

Lately, it's been especially meaningful to see these landscapes find homes with fellow Coloradans who recognize the places that inspire them, while also shipping paintings back to my home country of Canada. Knowing that a piece of Colorado hangs on a wall hundreds of miles away, or that a Canadian landscape still resonates with someone here in the Rockies, is one of the greatest privileges of this journey.
